As CEO of Pena Family LLC, Jose Peña has led the growth of the company alongside his father, founder Salvador Peña. With a strong focus on fostering a safe, productive, and innovative working environment, Jose has dedicated himself to ensuring the success of his employees, staff, and partnering companies.

A graduate of Santa Cruz Valley Union High School in Eloy, Arizona, Jose has built his career on a foundation of leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to excellence. He understands the importance of community and incorporates those values into both his personal and professional life.

Olga Felix is one of four daughters of our founder, Salvador Peña. She grew up around the business including working for the business throughout high school at Santa Cruz Valley Union High School in Eloy, Arizona.  It was here that she was motivated to pursue a college degree that would prepare her to best contribute to her community. Olga graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Master of Public Health in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Arizona. She is committed to providing an equitable working environment that promotes an opportunity for growth and development.

Oscar Porras is one of the grandchildren of Salvador Peña (founder). He grew up spending every day during the summers working in the fields, packaging warehouses, driving tractors, or doing irrigation for the company. After graduating high school and building a strong work ethic with Peña family, Oscar decided to join the United States army, where he not only served honorably, but he gained a multitude of skills. He continues to pursue his degree to help add tools to the Peña Family LLC company.

Raquel Cazares has been working with Peña Family LLC a little under a year. She is the youngest of seven siblings. She was born in Casa Grande, Az and raised in Eloy, Az. Very empathetic, considerate, outgoing and compassionate person and is always willing to help others. 

Isaac Romero has been part of Peña Family LLC for a multiple of years, working for Peña Family LLC at the Hickman’s Family Farms, Isaac’s work ethic at Hickman’s Family Farms proves how hard work and perseverance pays off. All his hard work and commitment to the company didn’t go unnoticed as Isaac has now been promoted to the Director of operations for Peña Family LLC. Where he now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that the organization is being managed and performing efficiently and effectively. 

Joel Bojorquez is the oldest of three, he was born and raised in Mexico. Joel has been with Peña Family LLC a few years and has moved up in the company showing his hard work, dedication and commitment. Joel has strong communication skills and has the ability to form positive relationships with others.
